When it comes to those action, comedy or even dramatic sequences, there’s no one who will deny that Ajay Devgn is every inch the superstar. But in the realm of song-and-dance numbers, well let’s just say that so far, Ajay Devgn has given us the impression that he has two left feet. Wouldn’t you agree?
But if Ajay’s Himmatwala director Sajid Khan is to be believed, then it’s not lack of skill that’s holding Ajay back from setting the dance floor on fire. While helping Ajay get his Ganesh Acharya-choreographed dance steps right for the song Dhoka Dhoka De Gaya Re, Sajid said, “It’s not like Ajay cannot dance. He just has a phobia thinking that his image will go for a toss if he does that (dances). But he dances really well.”
As if to prove a point, we can tell you that Ajay has performed some fine steps indeed in the song. Maybe he’s finally gotten the idea that a singing and dancing hero can still be quite the macho man?
