Many stars and celebrities are seen celebrating their respective birthday or anniversary in a lavish manner, but seems like the bombshell Sherlyn Chopra decided to do something different. The model turned actress celebrated her birthday in a special company with the sex-workers at 'Kamathipura', which is Mumbai's oldest and Asia's 2nd largest red light district.
Sherlyn Chopra feels that sex workers are being considered as an 'outcast' by the society which is heartbreaking and hurtful. Thus to make them feel special, she decided to spend her fortunate birthday moments in the company of them.
The actress also opted for a cake with a special message which reads as 'celebrating womanhood' as it was the soul of her birthday. Sherlyn made her decision to visit the sex workers as they hold a special place in her heart, because according to her she herself was one of them.
While Bollywood has been to Kamathipura a lot of times for their film shoots, but hardly anyone has been so kind and caring to spend some of their personal time with sex workers. One of the workers was very much happy about the fact that a renowned celebrity like Sherlyn celebrated her special day with the ladies of Kamathipura.
