Aamir Khan’s advice on many matters filmi is solicited by a lot of people. Many feel if the actor likes a movie, it means it has the potential to be a worthy movie. Hence, we often hear of private screenings hosted specially for the star. Coming on the same lines is the news that a special screening of UTV’s next Kai Po Che will be arranged for Aamir in Rajasthan where the actor is shooting Rajkumar Hirani’s PK.
However a premiere of the film will be held in Mumbai which is expected to have guests like Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Ranveer Singh, Hrithik Roshan and Emraan Hashmi. On the same day, a screening will be held in a single screen theatre in Jaipur where Aamir Khan will watch it. A source told a daily that the moment UTV head Ronnie Screwvala realized that the actor won’t be in a position to make it to the premiere of Kai Po Che, he decided to make arrangements for him. He booked an entire theatre in Jaipur just for Aamir. He wanted to make sure that Khan gets to watch the film on the same day as the premiere. The print has already left for Jaipur from Mumbai. Sanjay Dutt and Hirani might watch the movie too.
Director Abhishek Kapoor confirmed this arrangement. UTV and Aamir share a very close bond. UTV was one of the producers of Rang De Basanti and various events hosted by actor always have Ronnie Screwvala as a confirmed guest.
