Akshay Kumar is on cloud nine these days. Not only does he have the most number of projects in hand than any other A-lister in the industry, his films are also fetching good returns at the box office. But Akshay, who recently did a successful turn as a producer with OMG — Oh My God, is a clever businessman too. After his last release Special 26 fetched good returns at the box office, Akki decided to make the most of the opportunity. He is now charging a whopping Rs 40 crore for one film.
Last year Joker was his only film that did not fare well. But the actor more than made up for it with superhits like Rowdy Rathore and Khiladi 786. And now as he is looking forward to the release of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2 and Boss, he has gone ahead and signed a contract worth Rs 80 crores with Tips Films.
This khiladi sure knows how to make money.
